On the fourth day of Christmas, Pinewood Steading gave to me… the Shenavall Bothy walk!

Corbett, Beinn Dearg Mor, on the Shenavall bothy walk
Now, for those of you that like a longer walk, we would be spoilt for choice. But we picked this one. As a loop, it’s about 12 miles and a stop at the bothy is a great place to eat your packed lunch. Like so many places we could post about, this has the most amazing scenery. The iconic mountains in the photos are the Fisherfields – the main mountain in the photos being the Corbett, Beinn Dearg Mor. This whole area for walking is known as ‘The Great Wilderness’. But this bothy walk is not too difficult a walk!
